About the course: Managing the supply of on-street parking is a tough challenge that faces municipalities. One of a city’s major functions is to support economic development by helping to ensure sufficient parking exists near major destinations. In this course you will learn about the different types of on-street parking management organizations, regulations and program maintenance as well as the need for effective parking regulation analysis.

In this course, learn to:

  • Identify the benefits of having a well-managed on-street parking supply.
  • Recognize the concepts and stakeholders behind a comprehensive and successful on-street parking program.
  • Describe essential elements for successful on-street parking management organizations.
