IPMI Members: There is no fee to apply for the APO Program!

 Below are the application terms  -

  • I have reviewed & understand the requirements & criteria outlined in the APO Manual for Applicants and the APO Matrix.
  • I have conducted an internal self-assessment of my organization & have determined that I am eligible for Accredited &/or Accredited with Distinction status, & that my organization will be able to provide documentation to support the criteria.
  • I agree to abide by the Code of Ethics contained in the APO Manual for Applicants.
  • I understand the application fee is non-refundable.
  • I understand that the applicant organization will be responsible for the cost to procure Site Review by an IPMI-approved Site Reviewer, & that this is a required & critical step in the accreditation process.
  • I understand that I will be required to disclose existing relationships required (vendor/client, former employee/employer, other relationships, etc.) concerning the site reviewer relationship.
