Who Should Earn PECP™
PECP™ is open to all industry professionals with a minimum of one year of employment in the industry. This credential is ideal for frontline and enforcement personnel, and specifically tailored to the needs of your staff.

Course Content
The PECP™ micro-credential is a subset of knowledge, skills and abilities taken from the CAPP exam content outline centering on best practices and education on enforcement and compliance. Complete the nine hours of on-demand courses listed here:

How to Complete the PECP™
- Purchase the on-demand courses required to take the PECP™ online on this page. Confirm that you are logged into your user profile. If you organization is a member, you will see the discounted rate of $199 per person. If you have questions about your membership, contact us at membership@parking-mobility.org.
- Review the e-mail that you receive from IPMI's Learning Management System with log in and course information and further instructions. This e-mail will provide all the details on accessing all nine courses.
- You will have 60 days from date of purchase to complete all courses and take the PECP™ assessment.
- Seven courses are available directly on IPMI's learning platform. Login and take these courses on your schedule. Start, stop, exit, and return at any time to complete the courses in the 60-day period.
- Two Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) courses must be completed via FEMA's website. Create a log-in and password to obtain a FEMA Student ID (FEMA SID), if you have not already done so in the past. FEMA will also require a login at login.gov system.
- After you have created these two log-in and passwords and taken the two required courses, take their assessments. When you pass the courses, you will receive individual certifications for each. Upload both of your certificates into our eLearning platform into the corresponding course. If you experience any issues, contact certification@parking-mobility.org.
- Once all of the courses are finished and your two FEMA certificates are uploaded, the 50-question assessment will unlock in IPMI's eLearning platform.
- Earn PECP™ with a score of 70% or greater on the the assessment. You may take the assessment a total of three attempts. If you require an additional attempt, kindly contact certification@parking-mobility.org.
