About the course:

This course consists of two parts: 1) the types of customers who use off-street parking and circumstances for use of off-street parking; and, 2) management of validations, billing, and technology used in off-street parking operations.

In this course, learn to:

  • Describe off-street parking management and how mixed-use parking demands draw various types of customers.
  • Explain the difference between the various parker types.
  • Recognize challenges and solutions for special event parking.
  • Illustrating the types of validation methods including incorporating technology.

Course Credits: 1 CAPP Points/.01 CEUs

Time to complete: About 1 hour (Self-paced: Start, stop, exit, and return at any time. Course is available for six months from date of purchase.)
