About the course:
This course consists of two parts: 1) the types of customers who use off-street parking and circumstances for use of off-street parking; and, 2) management of validations, billing, and technology used in off-street parking operations.
In this course, learn to:
- Describe off-street parking management and how mixed-use parking demands draw various types of customers.
- Explain the difference between the various parker types.
- Recognize challenges and solutions for special event parking.
- Illustrating the types of validation methods including incorporating technology.
