This self-paced reading activity includes six articles which explore the multifaceted role of modern parking infrastructure as a financial, technological, and community catalyst. Through a series of real-world case studies and industry analyses, students will learn to optimize asset management, evaluate the hidden total cost of technology ownership, and leverage data-driven pricing and compliance strategies to drive sustainable municipal and urban growth.
