CAPP Point Request Form

Use this form to apply for CAPP Points for education. Applicants must be IPMI members in good standing and content must be in one hour increments.

Educational content must align with the CAPP Exam Content Outline found in the CAPP Candidate Handbook. 

IPMI will review and determine CAPP Points for applicants, and will award points through a formal notification.   If you are requesting CAPP Points for multiple sessions, please add a link to a Google document or sheet with the following information for each session:

  • Presentation Title
  • Summary narrative with brief description and relevance to the parking, transportation, and mobility industry
  • Three learning objectives for the session
  • Session Length (must be in one-hour increments
  • Presenter(s) Details: Full Name, Title, Company, Email

Prefix, First & Last Name
List the organization/event where the content will be presented, for example state and regional association event.  
Include three learning objectives.
Please enter in hours, minimum one hour. 
Include full name and designations (CAPP, PE, etc.). One presenter is required.  If there will be multiple speakers/presenters, add this information to a google doc. 
Include professional title.
REQUIRED ITEMS: Use form fields to submit for a single education session, or upload Google document link for multiple sessions with the following:
