Everyone is talking about electric vehicle (EV) charging. Information on charging is as varied as the sources providing it, and it is flowing at astounding rates. This abundance of information can be overwhelming for many operations, and they are often left wondering how to proceed: do we build it now and hope they come? Or do we wait for them to come, and build it then?

Take a journey with experts from the IPMI Technology Committee as they walk you through all things EV, from the variety of chargers available on the market, hardware and software considerations, and infrastructure needs to policies and governance, procurement best practices, as well as considering the needs of the user today and down the road. Together, attendees in this session will examine what the future of EV charging may look like as the proliferation of electric vehicles picks up speed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Analyze the latest and greatest in the hardware and software options around EV charging.
  • Understand how to plan, procure, and implement chargers in your environment.
  • Get a sneak peek into what is next in the technological evolution around charging.
