The City of Atlanta is challenging the phrase “less is more” by being one of the first U.S. markets to offer multiple payment applications to its parkers, empowering them to choose exactly how they want to pay for parking. In this session, take a deep dive into this process, start to finish, and learn all the benefits--and challenges--of establishing a true open parking ecosystem in your operation.

  • Investigate the origins of the first open parking ecosystem model and conduct a case study deep dive on how other parking pioneers have successfully implemented this approach.
  • Uncover the benefits and challenges associated with offering multiple parking payment options and how the City of Atlanta is paving the way for parking operations of all sizes.
  • Evaluate the different components of a successful parking operation and share experiences and best practices.
