RFP: Remote Security Guard Services for Garage and Parking Lots
The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide comprehensive remote security guard services for the Revenue Authority of Prince George’s County (“Revenue Authority” or “RVAPGC”). These services shall include, but are not limited to, 24/7 remote monitoring of parking garages and surface parking lots, live video surveillance, remote customer assistance, incident detection and response, audio intervention, monitoring of access control systems, and coordination with RVAPGC staff and local emergency responders when necessary.
Our facilities are located in Prince George's County, Maryland. Pre-Proposal Information Session is October 23, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.. The proposal deadline is November 9, 2026.
