If you are interested in submitting a proposal for the project, please be aware that it is the proposer’s responsibility to review and acknowledge any addenda that may be issued. To receive notifications, please visit https://www.duluthmn.gov/purchasing/ and click on the “Register Online” in the first paragraph. You’ll be asked to provide an email address and then brought to a list of subscription options for the City of Duluth. Scroll down to Purchasing and select Purchasing Bid Information. You’ll then start getting notices when we issue bids or addenda. Unfortunately, there is no way to further filter your notifications.
