The City of Redmond Police Department is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive Police User Fee, Parking Fines, and Cost Recovery Study. The study will evaluate existing fees, fines, and cost-recovery practices to assess their alignment with applicable laws, industry standards, service-delivery costs, and comparable jurisdictions. The consultant will analyze current cost structures, identify opportunities to improve cost recovery and operational efficiency, and provide recommendations for equitable, transparent, and sustainable fee and fine schedules that support the City’s public safety and parking management objectives.
