RFP: Parking Access and Revenue Control System (PARCS)
Notice is hereby given that Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District shall receive proposals for a Parking Access and Revenue Control System until August 11, 2026 at 12 pm local time at the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District. A pre-proposal conference will be held at the Airport and virtually on July 15, 2026, at 11:00 am CDT. Proposals will be in accordance with I.C. 36-1-12.5 and the Request for Proposals (RFP) guidelines. For more information contact Jason Gillett, 812-421-4402.
All Proposals must contain the content and in the format described within the RFP.
The Board reserves the right to terminate this project prior to bid being received, to reject any and all proposals and to be the sole judge of the value and merit of the proposals offered.
