IPMI is the official Education Partner of the United States Green Building Council and Green Building Certification Institute, the organization responsible for Parksmart certification.
Parksmart Advisors lead the effort for clients to certify high-performing parking structures. Advisors plan, initiate and execute strategies and best practices to achieve Parksmart certification for parking structures under USGBC and GBCI.
