RFP: Parking Permit and Citation Information System
The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for the procurement of a parking permit and citation management system; which includes software, implementation services, training, and technical support from a single vendor. Parking operations, customer service, and management will be kept in house. The implementation should be concluded by April 1, 2027.
The issuing of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to give Service Providers who are interested in entering into a contractual arrangement with the City an opportunity to submit proposals for Parking Services to review. A consultant will not be utilized during the selection or implementation process. The City of Fort Collins utilizes the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) to post Request for Proposal (RFP) and bid opportunities.
