RFP: On-Call Parking Consultant Services

The City of West Hollywood is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing consultant services on an as needed basis for an initial term of five years with one two-year extension. Services may include but are not limited to:
• Contract/Program Review
• Parking Occupancy Studies
• On-street Parking Meter Analysis
• Off-street Parking Facility Analysis
• Revenue and Rate Analysis
• Curb Management Analysis
• Legislative and Policy Analysis
