RFP: Fixed LPR RFP
The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for the procurement of three Fixed License Plate Reader (LPR) systems for the three parking structures the City manages. A single vendor will be selected for the three systems. The implementation would preferably be concluded in Q4 2026, but may extend into early 2027. The issuing of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to give vendors who are interested in entering into a contractual arrangement with the City an opportunity to submit proposals for Parking Services to review.
