This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to obtain a contract to provide for a turnkey operator who is capable of providing appropriate vehicles, staff, and resource coordination to shuttle patrons between parking and event facilities across campus. Such special event parking and transportation services will be provided for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Department of Transportation and Parking, with a start date of approximately July 1, 2026, or sooner if in the best interest of the University. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
