This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to obtain a contract to provide for a turn key operator who is capable of developing ingress / egress plans, providing appropriate level of staffing to execute said plan, deploy traffic calming devices, barriers and directional way finding for special event parking and transportation services for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Department of Transportation and Parking, with a start date of approximately July 1, 2026 or sooner if in the best interest of the University. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto.
