RFI: On Street Paid Parking Hardware and Wayfinding Upgrades

City of Fort Collins Parking Services is researching the market for information that will help us inform decisions around the implementation of on-street paid parking in our downtown area. This includes the installation of pay stations and to parking wayfinding sign upgrades. Vendors are welcome to submit for part or all of the requirements listed below. Please note this RFI is to help inform City Council of implementation costs and timeline associated with on-street paid parking, and to help inform a future RFP if paid parking is approved. The future RFP could be for system-wide upgrades including pay stations in our existing structures, and upgrades to our existing hourly pay by phone software. If Council approves paid parking an RFP will be released tentatively scheduled for Q1 2027. The RFI process is a chance for informal conversations between the City and prospective vendors before the RFP is released. All submissions must be posted through BidNet.
