Virind Gujral is the Founder and CEO of EV Bots Inc., a pioneering robotics company transforming electric vehicle (EV) fleet management through autonomous service ecosystems. With over 30 years of cross-industry experience spanning automotive, transportation, e-commerce, chemicals, and steel, Virind blends deep technical knowledge with strategic foresight to drive innovation and operational excellence.
Holding dual MBAs in Marketing and Finance/MIS, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and a certificate in AI and Business Strategy from MIT, Virind brings a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges. He has led patent filings, pilot launches, and strategic partnerships across multiple states, positioning EV Bots as a leader in sustainable mobility solutions. Under his leadership, the company has developed autonomous mobile robots that perform on-demand EV charging, tire inflation/deflation, and external vehicle inspections—streamlining fleet operations and accelerating the clean transportation transition.
Virind is known for his collaborative leadership style, adaptive communication, and commitment to mentoring emerging talent. He has successfully onboarded engineers, advisors, and interns into remote-first workflows, while cultivating strong relationships with municipal agencies, investors, and industry stakeholders.
