Victor Hill, PTMP, MPA

Victor Hill, PTMP, entered the parking industry in 2013. He specializes in higher education consulting, parking management systems, and technologies. He brings more than 20 years of past government service to the industry. Victor is a public policy and sustainability expert who understands the operational challenges universities and municipalities face. He is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and works with clients throughout the United States.
