Scott Wagner

Scott Wagner, Deputy Director – received a B.S degree from the University of Phoenix in Business Management. Scott began his career in the gas industry, working for Linde, Inc. for 20 years, where he managed the Environmental, Rare Gas, and Medical Departments before moving to the Eastern Shore. Before coming to work for the town of Ocean City, he was employed at Matheson Gas for 4 ½ years as Site Manager, running both the Salisbury and Easton locations, as well as working with our Mid-Atlantic Region as a Six Sigma Green belt and was responsible for saving money and tracking our savings in the Mid-Atlantic region and both sites. Scott was also the Procurement Manager for two years before joining Public Works. Scott has also successfully completed his Certified Public Manager course from the University of Baltimore.
