With over 15 years in the parking industry, including management of a large municipal parking division and as a Parking and Field Operations Manager for Harvard University, I am very excited to lead the management and delivery of Keolis’ contract to operate and maintain 101 MBTA parking facilities. Responsible for Keolis teams of maintenance, customer service and revenue enforcement activity. I ensure that the overall parking operation is delivered in a way that maximizes safety for our customers and our staff. I positively lead and empower a talented parking team with sincere effort to reach their fullest potential and with a constant reminder that working together we achieve success. I 100% manage with a vision to see obstacles as opportunities.
