I’ve built my career around running operations in high-pressure environments—starting with project management and now leading hospitality operations at LAZ Parking. I currently oversee valet operations at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
My background comes from managing large-scale construction projects, so I’m used to juggling moving parts, tight timelines, and accountability. I’ve carried that into hospitality—managing staffing, driving revenue strategies, and making sure operations run clean, efficient, and guest-focused.
