With over two decades of global experience in technology and innovation, I specialize in designing and delivering intelligent, scalable systems that transform urban infrastructure and mobility. As Executive Vice President of Innovation & Strategic Systems at Premium Parking, I’m leading our evolution into a next-generation, AI-powered solutions platform—integrating GenAI, Agentic AI, and intelligent systems that extend far beyond bookings, enforcement or payments.

Previously, I served as CTO/VP at Roker Inc., where I built a pioneering cloud-native SaaS platform that reshaped parking management across North America. Roker’s success led to its acquisition by SP+ (now Metropolis), where I continued driving digital transformation for municipalities, universities, and private operators.

I’ve been recognized with the prestigious Einstein Visa (EB1A) by the U.S. Government for my extraordinary ability in Smart Cities and Infrastructure Technology. I serve as President of AAITP, am a Senior Member of IEEE, and hold a Lifetime Membership with the Smart Cities Council, where I actively shape policy frameworks and future-ready city strategies.

My work has earned multiple Globee Awards and is regularly featured in Forbes and Entrepreneur, where I contribute thought leadership on smart infrastructure, AI, and urban mobility.
