Rey Valdez

Rey Valdez is an Assistant Director of Transportation and Parking Services at Emory University. He provides vision, leadership, and execution of short- and long-term strategies for facilities maintenance and capital restoration projects associated with parking assets. Leading up to his time at Emory, Rey served on active-duty military as a logistics officer, followed by a civilian career in supply chain management. Rey is a certified sailing instructor and loves to be on the water during fair weather with his students, family, and friends. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in hospitality management prior to his service in the military.
