Paul Barragan

I am an administrative professional with a passion for serving others and creating efficient, organized operations that support both employees and the community. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education transportation and parking services, I enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and finding ways to improve processes. Throughout my career at UC Santa Barbara and now UC Riverside, I've had the opportunity to support large-scale events, emergency response efforts, fleet operations, and departmental leadership.

I take pride in being dependable, approachable, and service-oriented. As a bilingual professional in English and Spanish, I value clear communication and collaboration with diverse teams. Outside of work, I enjoy giving back to my community and volunteering as the manager of a youth softball team, where I help young athletes develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
