Mohammed Sartaj Ahmed Soheb, MS, PMP

I currently lead Technology Solutions and Delivery at Makan Parking Management Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, reporting directly to the CEO. Upon joining the organization, I established the technology function from the ground up, building and structuring a team responsible for project delivery, QA/QC, asset and inventory management, and field operations across multiple sites.

My role encompasses the end-to-end management of parking technology ecosystems, including PARCS and PMS platforms, ANPR, PGS, EV charging infrastructure, payment systems, and centralized control room operations. I have successfully led multiple concurrent go-lives across mall and public parking environments, coordinating vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project execution despite complex delivery challenges.

Prior to this, I served as a Commercial Manager at Seder Group, where I was responsible for pre-sales, bid management, and contract execution. My broader professional background spans telecommunications, ICT, and smart city initiatives, providing me with a strong technical and commercial foundation. I have developed particular expertise in structured cabling and network design, which I continue to advance through ongoing professional development.

Based in Riyadh, I remain focused on advancing parking operations through integrated technology, robust infrastructure, and efficient delivery frameworks.
