Professional Bio

I am a parking and mobility industry professional with nearly two decades of experience leading complex, high-density urban parking operations in one of the most demanding markets, Los Angeles. Throughout my career, I have specialized in managing Class A commercial assets, optimizing revenue performance, and building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager overseeing several of the most prominent parking assets in the Los Angeles skyline. In this role, I am responsible for operational strategy, revenue performance, labor management, union compliance, contract accountability, and executive client reporting. My approach is highly data-driven, relying on occupancy trends, labor ratios, financial performance metrics, and variance analysis to guide decision-making and ensure operational stability.

A key part of my leadership philosophy is maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams while holding organizations accountable to clearly defined performance metrics and service standards. I believe successful operations are built on discipline, consistency, and transparency, and I focus on creating environments where teams understand expectations and are empowered to execute at a high level.

Beyond operations, I am deeply engaged in the parking and mobility industry. I am actively involved in professional organizations and was honored to be recognized as part of the NPA 40 Under 40 Class of 2024, an award recognizing emerging leaders shaping the future of the industry. I also hold the Certified Parking Professional (CPP) designation, reflecting my commitment to professional excellence and continued industry advancement.

My career has been built around stabilizing complex operations, strengthening client relationships, and positioning parking assets for long-term performance and growth. I am committed to helping organizations operate more efficiently while improving the customer experience.
