Maxwell Dillivan, AICP

As an AICP-certified municipal mobility planner, my current work spans municipal parking policy, transit operations and planning, shared mobility, EV charging, bus stop infrastructure, data analysis, public engagement, vendor/contractor management, and project implementation. I also regularly present analysis and recommendations to commissions and other decision-makers. Earlier in my career, I worked in land-use planning, developing long-range comprehensive and master plans, preparing corridor plans, and drafting and administering zoning ordinances. That combination of experience has taught me that parking decisions cannot be separated from land use, urban design, transportation access, or the long-term stewardship of public and private investments.
