Professional Bio
I’ve built my career around supporting university communities through accessible, efficient, and customer-focused transportation services. My journey began in 2002 at Portland State University’s Transportation and Parking Services (TAPS), where I worked as a student employee in parking enforcement and discovered my interest in campus operations and public service.
In 2004, I transitioned into a classified role as Cashier and ID Coordinator, gaining valuable experience in customer service, permit management, and ID systems. In 2015, I joined the University of Oregon’s Transportation Services as an Office Specialist, where I continued to grow professionally and contribute to a more sustainable, connected campus.
In 2024, I was promoted to Office Supervisor. In this role, I’m proud to help lead our front office operations, support my colleagues, and ensure that students, staff, and visitors experience the best possible service when navigating campus transportation.
