I have 33 years in the mobility, parking, & transportation industries with extensive knowledge planning, organizing, implementing, & directing projects in operations, marketing, & technology. The core of my experience has been managing programs in local government, university, airports, & commercial properties striving to exceed stakeholders expectations. Recently I was the Senior General Manager for ABM for the LAX & Van Nuys airports. I directed all parking & transportation operations, lead a large multifacility complex: 20 garages, 20,000 spaces. Budget preparation, analysis, reforecasting, cost control. Client relations, developing, planning, & organizing multiple projects ensuring compliance of Safety Program & Auditing Revenue Procedures. Worked with 2 Collective Bargains Agreements for 300 union employees between Parking and Transportation, and 20 staff & management. Previously I was with Parking Company of America as General Manager at the Anaheim Transportation Network managing the operation of a fleet of 85 buses, 25 routes, transporting 9.5 million passengers/year. Before, I worked for the City of Inglewood in the Parking & Enterprise Services Department creating a new Residential Parking Program and other projects like the Transportation Management Plan for SoFi stadium. Previously, I worked for the City of Beverly Hills as the Parking Services Manager for the 20 City's parking facilities and 2,700 on-street parking meters, I oversaw revenue collection & maintenance, managed 95 City employees for two divisions. Before, I worked for Loyola Marymount University as the Director of Parking & Transportation and created & implemented a pay parking program fully virtual, we integrated 4 vendors. Before, I worked at SP Plus as Senior Manager, I operated & managed a high-profile portfolio of 20 commercial parking facilities for office buildings & shopping centers, $19 million gross revenue & $9.5 million annual expenses. I also prepared FY budgets.
