Professional Bio

Three decades of managerial/leadership experience, including 25 years of governmental experience in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on directing operations, customer service and revenue generation.

Directed the activities of the following divisions of the City of Miami Beach Parking Department:

• Enforcement Division;
• Meter Maintenance Division;
• Regulatory Signage and Painting Division, and
• Administration and Finance

As the City’s Assistant Director of Parking, the department saw:

• Increased parking violations and tows in residential neighborhoods.
• Increased Right-of-Way violations and tows of illegally parked vehicles.
• Increased on-street meter revenues.

Currently oversee the Parking Department’s:

• Residential and Visitor Parking Programs;
• PayByPhone and ParkMobile residential rate subscriptions; and
• Garage/Surface Lot access registrations and waiting Lists.

As an accomplished finance professional, oversaw the financing of capital projects for parking garages and surface lots through Enterprise Operational Funds and Capital Financing via Revenue Bonds. Maintained steady increases in Credit/Bond Ratings from Standard & Poors and Moodys.
