Lindsay Bayley

Lindsay joined Walker Consultants in early 2026 with 20 years of public-sector experience at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). She is dedicated to creating practical approaches to parking, mobility, and transportation safety. As a co-founder of the Parking Reform Network, Lindsay has helped develop resources and build support for parking reform at both the local and national levels.
