Kristin Pflughoeft is a dynamic business leader with more than 30 years of experience spanning retail leadership, education, marketing, and client success. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, strengthening client relationships, driving operational excellence, and delivering measurable business results across multiple industries.
Kristin began her professional career with Limited Brands, Inc. in 1993, where she advanced through increasingly responsible leadership roles as Brand Manager, Sales Manager, and District Manager through 2001. In these positions, she led multi-store operations, drove sales performance, recruited and developed top talent, and implemented merchandising strategies.
In 2003, Kristin joined Starbucks Coffee Company, where her leadership journey continued as she progressed from Barista to Assistant Store Manager and ultimately District Manager. From 2003 to 2009, she oversaw multiple retail locations, coached and mentored emerging leaders, managed operational performance, and cultivated Starbucks' renowned culture of customer service, partner development, and community engagement.
Following her retail leadership career, Kristin transitioned into education, serving as a K–5 teacher from 2010 to 2013.
In 2020, Kristin joined Passport Labs, Inc. as a Marketing Coordinator, where she supported strategic marketing initiatives and helped strengthen customer engagement through collaborative campaigns and cross-functional partnerships. In 2024, she transitioned into the Client Success organization, leveraging her extensive leadership and customer experience background to build trusted client relationships, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes for municipal and agency partners.
Kristin's dedication to exceptional service, collaboration, and customer advocacy was recognized with the prestigious Passport Ambassador Award in 2025, honoring her commitment to representing Passport's values.
