Hello! I’m a dedicated professional with a diverse background in emergency medical services, crisis intervention, and parking enforcement. With more than 12 years of experience as an EMT, 7 years as a crisis interventionist, and over 4 years in Parking Operations, I’ve developed the ability to remain calm under pressure, respond effectively in challenging situations, and provide support to individuals when they need it most.
I currently work as a Parking Enforcement Officer at Arizona State University, where I help support a safe, organized, and accessible campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. My role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, sound judgment, and a commitment to excellent customer service. Through daily interactions with a wide range of individuals, I’ve strengthened my skills in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and handling difficult situations with professionalism and respect.
