Kevin is Co-founder and CEO of ParkChirp, the parking industry’s leading enterprise software platform. As CEO, Kevin is responsible for driving the strategy and vision of the firm. He is especially focused on the customer experience and ensuring that ParkChirp creates value for operators, owners and parkers.
Prior to his current position at ParkChirp, Kevin was Co-Founder of Parking Advisors, Inc. where he developed the company’s industry-leading advisory and asset management platform and was integral in growing the firm’s extensive institutional client roster. Kevin’s background includes acquisitions, dispositions and investment in parking and other asset classes, identifying unique value-add opportunities that increase asset value.
Kevin also worked in LaSalle Investment Management’s acquisitions group, closing over $500M of commercial real estate transactions across first tier U.S. real estate markets. Prior to joining LaSalle, Kevin held multiple roles in Merrill Lynch’s real estate structured finance group. Kevin earned a master’s degree with Distinction from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin.
