Kenneth Simon, PTMP, PECP, is a Parking Enforcement Supervisor with over 20 years of leadership experience in public safety, security, and municipal parking operations. Working within a police department structure, he oversees enforcement operations, training, and compliance, with a focus on building defensible systems and developing officers into confident decision-makers in the field.

Kenneth is passionate about advancing parking enforcement beyond ticket writing and into a profession centered on leadership, consistency, and public trust.
