Professional Bio
Joseph Madison has served as the associate director of parking operations at Kennesaw State University since November 2018. He has worked with the parking management team in Montgomery County Maryland as well as the Parking Authority of Baltimore City. While in Maryland, he conducted studies, participated in community outreach, and helped evolve the parking experience throughout the region. "Measure twice, cut once" are words he encourages among his team. Currently, he is the Assistant Program Delivery Manager with the Georgia Department of Transportation.
