Professional Bio
When I first stepped into the world of operations, I was immediately hooked by the variety and the ability to pivot each day. I’ve always been drawn to solving problems, and in operations, every day presented a new challenge. Starting as an individual contributor, I worked my way through the ranks to roles like VP of Operations, EVP, COO and now CEO, gaining a perspective from every level along the way.
What I’ve learned throughout my journey is that passion is the key to mastering any field. For me, that passion is driven by three core areas: data, process, and people. I’ve always been a bit of a data fanatic—I love digging deep into the numbers, uncovering insights, and using that information to tell a story that leads to real, tangible results. Data is more than just numbers on a page; it's a way to create structure and eliminate operational pain points. Whether it’s improving processes or eradicating inefficiencies, I’m constantly looking for ways to make things work better.
But it’s not just about numbers and processes. People are at the heart of it all. I’ve always believed that leadership is about being hands-on and fostering a culture of collaboration. It’s critical to create an environment where everyone has a stake in the decision-making process. That’s why I take mentorship and team development seriously. I find a lot of joy in organizing development workshops and one-on-one coaching because I know that building high-performance teams takes patience and continuous improvement.
My time at Scheidt & Bachmann USA has been a defining chapter in my career. Over the past ten years, I’ve spearheaded transformative changes by leveraging data-driven strategies and streamlining internal processes. Now, as the company shifts toward a partner-focused business model, I’m committed to driving success through fresh ideas and innovation.
