Professional Bio

Joe brings more than 34 years of experience in the off-street parking and mobility industry, with experience spanning both operations and leadership in PARCS technology and mobility platforms. Over the course of his career, he has consistently demonstrated an ability to drive revenue growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver impactful, scalable commercial strategies aligned to both SaaS and hardware solutions.

Joe started his career with Central Parking System, where he grew into the role of Director of Operational Excellence. Since then, he’s taken on senior leadership roles at Amano, TIBA Parking Systems (Flowbird), and most recently Get My Parking, where he served as Vice President of Customer Success. Along the way, he’s led growth initiatives, built out go-to-market strategies, and partnered across teams to deliver real business results.

Joe has also been hands-on in several major industry operations, including Houston Airports, Kansas City International Airport, Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport, the City of Norfolk, the City of Pasadena, and Port Everglades. He brings strong experience in new-logo acquisition, partner and channel development, sales operations, and public-sector procurement, all areas that are important as we continue to scale and strengthen how we go to market.

He holds a master’s degree from West Virginia University and a bachelor’s degree from Marshall University, and he’s known for building strong teams, creating accountability, and leading with integrity. He is based in Eureka, Missouri.
