I have over 11 years of experience in the parking industry and currently serve as the Parking Program Manager for the City of Redmond, Washington. I began my career as a Parking Officer, gaining hands-on experience in enforcement and operations, and later advanced to a Lead Parking Officer role where I led training efforts, supervised teams, and developed parking maps using AutoCAD.
In my current role, I focus on modernizing parking operations through technology, data-driven decision-making, and program development. I am committed to creating efficient, equitable, and forward-looking parking solutions that support the City of Redmond’s broader transportation and community goals.
