I am a PMP®-certified Project Manager with a degree in Electrical Engineering and extensive experience in the parking and mobility industry. My career combines strong technical foundations with hands-on operational leadership and structured project management.

I spent over four years as an Operations Manager at KAFD, where I managed large-scale parking operations comprising over 15,000 parking spaces within a complex mixed-use development. In this role, I was responsible for operational performance, service quality, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement across high-volume parking assets.

Currently, I work as a Project Manager at Makan Parking Co., leading multiple parking operations projects and supporting new development initiatives. My responsibilities include end-to-end project delivery, operational readiness, vendor coordination, and the implementation of advanced parking technologies, such as AI-based camera systems for valet operations, aimed at improving efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience.

With a strong blend of engineering expertise, operational experience, and project management discipline, I focus on delivering scalable, technology-driven solutions that enhance parking performance and support modern urban mobility objectives.
