Professional Bio
An accomplished Service Operations leader with over 33 years of experience in the technology services industry. My career has taken me from the field as a technician to senior leadership roles where I’ve lead multi-state teams and international support groups.
Currently, I serve as Director of Field Operations at Flash Parking/Ticketech, where I oversee service delivery, customer support, technical escalations, and performance management across regions. I’ve developed and implemented strategies that improved customer satisfaction, reduced response times, and standardized operations at scale.
Before that, I spent more than three decades for one of the worlds largest office technology company, advancing through a variety of roles up to Field Service Manager/General Leader. Along the way, I gained deep expertise in team leadership, KPI-driven performance, process improvement, and labor relations serving and a union shop steward to the other side of the table negotiating contracts on the behalf of the company—all while building high-performing teams and delivering measurable results.
