Organization Overview

Founded in 1947, EasyPark is a Vancouver-based organization that manages and operates parking facilities across the city. Our core mission is to “make parking easy” while supporting the economic, environmental, and social goals of the City of Vancouver.

Today, EasyPark manages over 20,000 parking stalls across more than 165 sites, including high-profile public locations such as City Hall, Gastown, Chinatown, Library Square, and Vancouver’s Entertainment and Arts District. We provide comprehensive parking services—enforcement, permits, mobile payments, technology integration, and collections—that balance operational efficiency with community benefit.

What sets EasyPark apart is our public-purpose model. All surplus revenues generated from our operations are reinvested into infrastructure, mobility initiatives, and city improvements that benefit all Vancouverites. We work in partnership with City departments, Business Improvement Associations, and community stakeholders to ensure our work advances economic activity, sustainability, and equity.

Our organization is also a leader in parking innovation—early adopters of license plate recognition technology, electric vehicle infrastructure, real-time data analytics, and app-based access systems. We are mobility-centric and community-focused, with a commitment to improving access, safety, and service quality across every neighbourhood we serve.

Over nearly eight decades, EasyPark has become a foundational part of Vancouver’s urban life, playing a behind-the-scenes but essential role in keeping the city moving. We are proud of our contributions and remain dedicated to building a more sustainable, inclusive, and connected future for everyone in Vancouver.
