I have spent 10 years with the Lewes Police Department in Lewes, DE as the Supervisor of the Parking Division. I created and developed this organization from the ground up. We currently IPS on street meters, surface lot meters, Text To Pay, Enforcement Software and ARRIVE ParkMobile.
Prior to this, I spent 35 years in the information technology business as general manager and vice president. We provided IT support services to the Federal and State Governments as well as commercial clients.
