LEED AP BD+C, PhD student (dissertation) and research associate for The Center for Infrastructure Public-Private Partnership (P3) Policy Schar School of Policy and Government – researching, documenting, and assessing successful and challenged P3s in the transportation industry. Research and analyze the impact of APMs and their impact on emissions in supporting the 2021 U.S. Aviation Climate Action Plan and assess sustainability elements. Analyze two airport case studies an APM DBOM and an APM P3 DBFOM. Develop a P3 financial model that can be used during project selection and compare the project finance and financial strategies of the case studies including O&M using the model. Parksmart advisor developing strategies to achieve sustainable design and construction best practices that meet and exceed certification requirements.
