By nature, I am quiet and reflective. I’ve spent my career learning to "turn on" the outgoing energy required to lead with humor and drive, but my default mode remains introspection. I’ve found that this balance—empathy and reflection paired with high-energy action—is exactly what helps me connect deeply with my team and our clients.
A Lifelong Hustle
I’ve been an entrepreneur since elementary school. From neighborhood lawn care and power washing to running Kennedy Brothers Clothing Company in high school, the drive to build businesses is in my DNA. Even while serving in the military and completing my education, I was always operating—running a landscape company, a DJ business, and building a 20-year portfolio of residential and commercial income properties.
20+ Years of Security Expertise
I don’t just lead a security company; I’ve lived every part of the industry:
- The Ground Floor: Started as a Security Officer handling high-stakes environments like festivals and labor disputes.
- The Strategy: Served 10+ years in the Canadian Armed Forces, honing disciplined operations and strategic planning.
- The Industry Shift: Transitioned to the private sector as Director of Operations in the automated gate and parking industry.

My focus is on leading-edge electronic systems—gates, overhead doors, and high-level tech. As a Certified Automated Gate Systems Designer (CAGSD), I’m committed to staying at the absolute forefront of our craft.
