Professional Bio

Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida and brings more than 30 years of hospitality experience, including extensive expertise in operations, valet, and parking. She spent 15 years with the award-winning Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where she focused heavily on quality and training. She is a graduate of the Disney Institute and was a certified facilitator for The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center, presenting and educating audiences nationwide.

Christina joined SP+ | A Metropolis Company in 2011 as Vice President of Training and Quality, directing training initiatives and supporting operations and new location openings. She later joined the Aviation team, where she focuses on business development, marketing, and special initiatives. She also facilitates targeted customer service programs exclusively for Aviation division clients.

Christina holds the Parking, Transportation and Mobility Professional, PTMP accreditation from IPMI and the Certified Parking Professional, CPP credential from NPA. She is also a certified Parksmart Advisor, supporting sustainable and efficient transportation and parking systems.

Christina supported Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in becoming the first airport in the world to obtain Parksmart certification for an on-airport parking facility and the first airport campus to earn Parksmart Certification. She also supported Denver International Airport in becoming the first airport in the country to earn IPMI’s Accredited Parking Organization designation, achieving APO with Distinction.
