Barnacle™ Parking began with the goal of improving the parking enforcement experience for both enforcers and motorists. We thought there had to be a better, safer, easier way to treat non-compliant motorists—something other than the boot or towing. There wasn’t, so we invented The Barnacle®—an intelligent device that enforcers can attach effortlessly, and violators can remove and return it themselves once they've settled their fines online or over the phone.
